How Your Booklet Purchase Helps

Since opening in late 2018, the New Brighton Toolshed Library has become a well-used community resource, giving residents free access to tools for yard work, home maintenance and other projects. This helps residents avoid the cost of purchasing and storing equipment they may only need occasionally.

The original tools were purchased through funding from the Lowe’s Grant Program, but after more than 6,500 rentals as of spring 2026, many are now showing their age and need to be repaired or replaced.

Proceeds from booklet purchases will help refresh and expand the Toolshed Library so it can continue providing New Brighton residents with reliable tools and a great borrowing experience for years to come.

Community Perks will also match up to $10 per booklet (up to $500 per campaign), giving your purchase even greater impact.
